Hi, my name is Cara Borrero and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Buffalo, NY. I received my Masters in Social Work in 2015 from the University at Buffalo. Since then, I have continued my education through courses and workshops to ensure I have the most up to date therapy models for my clients. This includes CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I also use both a collaborative and trauma-informed approach. Life comes with a variety of challenges, traumas, and roadblocks. I am here to be with you as you navigate your path to mental wellness.
